I highly recommend this shop. At first I was hesitant, it was quite expensive and the recommended work kept piling up. I was stressed and worried. After picking up my truck all those worries vanished. The truck runs so smooth and feels great. The process is streamlined and you can approve or deny work orders from your phone. Any questions or if you want to talk through anything, they are easy to reach. This is what I want when I bring a vehicle in for an inspection. They lay it all out and I never felt rushed to make a decision. Thanks for your hard work I’ll be back!!!!!!

Highly recommend this shop! I recently brought my 2017 Subaru Outback in for CVT fluid service and spark plug replacement, and I had a great experience. The team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. I was especially impressed by Binh, one of the managers, and Ashley at the front desk. Binh took the time to explain the service clearly, answered my questions, and handled everything in a very professional and customer-focused way. Ashley was also friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It is not always easy to find a repair shop you can trust, but my experience here was excellent. Binh definitely deserves recognition — and honestly, a raise! I would highly recommend Ishii Motor Industries to anyone looking for quality auto service. I will definitely book my next services with Ishii Motor shop!
